Welcome to Dealio. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Dealio in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Dealio is a paid subscription service that monitors online marketplaces (including OfferUp and Facebook Marketplace) for listings matching your search criteria and delivers alerts via Discord webhooks. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use Dealio. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Dealio offers monthly subscription plans billed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party platform's terms of service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise access the underlying systems of Dealio.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dealio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings found will be accurate, available, or represent good deals. Marketplace data is subject to change without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including any losses resulting from marketplace transactions you enter into based on alerts from our service.
9. Third-Party Services
Dealio integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Discord (alerts). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or are misusing the service. Upon termination, your access ends immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
