- Scanner settings: Keywords, location (city, ZIP code), search radius, and Discord webhook URL you enter when configuring a scanner.
- Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — only a Stripe customer ID and subscription ID.
- Usage data: Logs of scanner activity, matches found, and alerts sent, for the purpose of operating the service.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information for security and rate limiting purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Dealio service.
- To send transactional emails (email verification, password resets).
- To send Discord alerts when your scanner finds matching listings.
- To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe: To process payments. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Discord: Your webhook URL receives alerts you have configured. We do not share your personal account information with Discord.
- Webshare: We use proxy services to power scanners. No personal data is shared with proxy providers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Scanner logs are retained for a limited period for debugging purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including password hashing, HTTPS (when deployed with a domain), and rate limiting on sensitive endpoints. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

- Request deletion of your account and personal data.
